Sumi is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center (CMRC). She has an experience of over 18 years in various areas of speech, language and communication disorders in children.
She has worked with Kerala Social Welfare Department (India) and Kerala ENT Research Foundation (India) before moving to the UAE, where she worked with Al Noor Training Center for Special Needs (Dubai). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hearing, Learning and Speech and a Diploma in Clinical Child Development.
She has won the 'Princess Haya' award for Outstanding Speech therapist in 2015. She is also the co-author for the research paper published in Asia-Pacific Journal based upon the research programme (visual perceptual skills)
She hails from India; and is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Basic Arabic
